RETURNS

Within 30 Days

To be eligible for a return within 30 days, your item must be unused and in “like-new” or the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To begin your return, obtain a Return for Merchandise Authorization (“RMA) by completing and sending us back the RMA form found here.

Once we receive and inspect your RMA form, we will send you an e-mail notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. We must authorize your return and have an RMA number to accept a return. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from the date of issue, and the product must be received by Ergopose within that time frame. Please note that the RMA number(s) will not be extended or reissued, and must be displayed prominently on the shipping label of the box(es) containing the return(s).

Shipping Returned Items

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee may be assessed against your account on all returns for refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed. You will have 15 days from the date of receiving your RMA to return the item to us and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary upon where you are located.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Outside 30 Days?

We recognize that there are some extreme situations that do not fit into a 30-day time frame. We are happy to review individual cases to see how we can accommodate you based on your individual situation. Please e-mail stand@ergopose.com for a determination on your individual case, and include:
• Your receipt or proof of purchase;
• A brief explanation as to the circumstances leading to the return being made outside the 30-day return period; and
• A brief explanation as to why you are unsatisfied.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 15 days, please check your bank account first, and if it shows no refund was issued, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If neither your bank account or credit card show the refund, please contact your bank directly. Many banks have a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

If a product page notes an item as final sale, the item may not be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an e-mail at stand@ergopose.com. Once you hear back from us, you will be sending your item to: Ergopose, 7374 Convoy Court, San Diego, CA, 92111.

Free Shipping!

Ergopose is all about simplicity. That’s why we include free shipping within the continental United States, excluding APO/FPO addresses. Super simple.

Shipping Times

In most cases, same or next-day shipping is available. The majority of products are stocked in San Diego, CA so we can quickly and easily get your order to you.

In the event that the product(s) you ordered are located in elsewhere, shipping times may be affected and you will be notified accordingly.

Local San Diego County Furniture Delivery

Within San Diego County, we are happy to offer same or next-day delivery! Just complete your order and shoot us an e-mail to stand@ergopose.com, so we can coordinate with you.

Other/International Shipments

Tracking

We will always do our best to notify you when your product has shipped as well as provide you with tracking information.

We stand by our products – and challenge you to try our products for 30 days!

Warranty

All Ergopose products will remain free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of at least 1 year from the date of receipt of the product, subject to any exclusions and limitations as set forth below, and each product’s individual warranty.

How to File a Warranty Claim

For warranty claims, just shoot us an e-mail (stand@ergopose.com) and we’ll take care of it, whether that means replacement parts, troubleshooting, or a replacement altogether. We don’t anticipate any issues, but are always here for you and stand by our products 100%!

Further Exclusions and Limitations

These warranties do not cover product abuse, modification and failure to adhere to product instructions, improper operations and/or misuse. Ergopose is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the product’s intended use. Ergopose is not responsible for injury or loss caused by or associated with the installation and/or use of equipment in any manner other than in strict conformance with the instructions set forth in its installation manuals, supplemental assembly and installation instruction sheets, technical bulletins and/or product literature. You will provide Ergopose immediate written notice of any personal injury resulting from the use of Ergopose products.
Ergopose does not warrant damages or defects to the Ergopose product under the following conditions: an Act of God, unauthorized service or repair of the Ergopose products, damage from electrical power problems, usage of parts or components not supplied by Ergopose, failure to follow product instructions and guidelines, unauthorized changes to the Ergopose product, shipping damage (other than original shipment from Ergopose), failure to perform preventative maintenance, or damage caused by peripherals or software or from other external sources.

Exclusive Remedy

Warranty Repair: In the event that any Ergopose equipment becomes defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Ergopose will determine with you if the product defect is covered under warranty. Ergopose, at its sole discretion, may replace or repair the unit determined to be under warranty. The labor costs associated with the repair of the product may be the responsibility of Ergopose if determined to be under warranty. You must receive pre-approval by Ergopose for the labor costs prior to repair or replacement of warranty products. You must contact Ergopose to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. An RMA number may be obtained by contacting Ergopose Customer Care online or by telephone within your specific region. Contact information is available to you on the Ergopose web site at www.ergopose.com. Performance of any repair or replacement on product under warranty does not renew or extend the warranty period.
Non-Warranty Repair: You may return a product for repair that is not covered by warranty only if you have received a preapproved RMA number from Ergopose Customer Service. Labor costs, freight charges and a standard repair fee associated with non-warranty repair will be the sole responsibility of the customer, reseller or installer/integrator. A standard repair fee, specific to the product, is charged for any product that is repaired outside of the warranty period.
Non-Defective Products: You are notified if, after examining and testing a returned product, Ergopose concludes that the product is not defective. The product is returned to you and you would be responsible for the freight charges associated with the return.

Warranty Disclaimer

Except as expressly set forth in this Limited Warranty and to the greatest extent allowed by law, Ergopse makes no other representations, warranties or conditions, express or implied, including any implied representations, warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and non-interference. Ergopose does not warrant that your use of the Ergopose product will be uninterrupted or error free. Any implied warranties that may be imposed by law are limited in duration to the Limited Warranty period, to the greatest extent allowed by law. Some states or countries do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages for consumer products. In such states or countries, some exclusions or limitations of this Limited Warranty may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty is subject to change without notification.
Ergopose devices are not intended to cure, treat, mitigate or prevent any disease.

Warranty Transferability

This Limited Warranty is available only to the original end consumer and is non-transferable. For this warranty to be valid, the Ergopose product must have been purchased directly from an authorized distributor, reseller and/or authorized representative of Ergopose.
